What I can't do
I can neither modify, cancel, nor refund a reservation. This site doesn’t sell anything: evenings and tours are booked on GetYourGuide, and GetYourGuide handles all reservations. To change a date, request a refund, or retrieve a lost voucher, use your confirmation or your GetYourGuide account. I don’t have access to your bookings.
Nor am I the museum. I don’t sell its admission ticket, and I can’t change the time slot: date exchanges are handled through the museum’s ticketing customer account. For a lost item in a locker, a school group, or a question about the exhibition, contact the museum directly at 158 boulevard Haussmann.
What’s helpful to me
An opening hour that’s changed, a closed room, a locker that now rejects a bag it once accepted, a meeting point you couldn’t find in front of the Opéra: these are the messages that improve the site. Specify the date of your visit, and I’ll verify on-site before making corrections. The 158 is five minutes from my place.
